#9 HOW WE WENT FROM 9 CLIENTS TO SOLD OUT TOURS!

Today, we’re taking you behind the scenes of our wild ride - from starting with just nine people on a kitchen floor to selling out venues across the globe.

We’re laying it all out: growth, struggles, breathwork, and the real story behind how we built what we have today. No fluff. Just raw, honest moments.

What happens when you stop pretending and start showing up as the true badass you are? That’s the secret we’re revealing today - because when you let go of fear and step into your power, everything shifts.

So, buckle up. This is the no-holds-barred story you’ve been waiting for.

In this episode of Spill the Tea, we share:

0:43 -10:04 How To Embody Who the Fu*k You Want to Be: It’s not about becoming someone new—it’s about stepping into the badass version of yourself you’ve always been deep down. We talk about how letting go of fear, judgment, and the limiting beliefs you’ve been carrying allows your confidence and authenticity to shine through. Growth starts with awareness, taking accountability for your life, and showing up consistently to do the work. Manifestation? It’s happening 24/7—whether you’re focusing on the good or the bad. What you think about, you attract.

10:04 - 15:23 From Nine People in the Kitchen to Selling Out Venues: Okay, so here’s the real talk: we started this wild journey with just nine people sitting on our kitchen floor. Nine. And it wasn’t even planned - we were just following Beau’s vision. Fast forward, and we’re here on our SIXTH tour. Crazy, right? But let’s rewind to how it all started because the hustle was real.

15:23 - 29:05 Vulnerability and Growth Through Breathwork: Breathwork wasn’t just something we learned; it became the foundation of everything we do. We started with a simple mission: to share the transformative power of this practice freely and unapologetically. It’s not about holding onto the methods - it’s about empowering others to use them and create their own impact. Growth doesn’t have to take years if you’re willing to step out of your comfort zone. For us, it’s always been about creating safety and connection, breaking barriers, and inspiring others to show up as their most authentic selves. That’s where transformation begins.

29:05 - 42:24 Our First Tour and How It All Went Downhill: The Gold Coast event had us feeling on top of the world, but things took a sudden turn. Beau, the most confident he’d ever been after feeling proud of what he’d created, was hit with a wave of negativity. After finishing the event, he felt accomplished—his hard work had paid off, and the impact was real. But soon after, social media backlash came in full force. The very same people he’d looked up to and thought would support him turned on him. This wasn’t just a bump in the road; it felt like everything Beau had worked for was being taken away in a brutal, public way. In a space that should’ve been about healing and positivity, instead, it was full of judgment and projection.

42:24 - 46:05 Be Your Authentic Self: We both went through a phase of trying to be someone we weren’t. We used to think we had to be all serious and professional—dressing a certain way, acting a certain way—because that’s what we thought we needed to fit in or attract the right people. But all it did was drain us, make us feel disconnected, and leave us constantly anxious. It all changed when we stopped pretending. We started being real—cursing, having fun, embracing who we truly are. That’s when everything clicked. And that’s the key: stop pretending to be someone you’re not. Stop following someone else’s path. Be your authentic self, and watch how the right people come to you.

46:05 - 53:21 Why We Are Not Healers: We are not healers, and neither are you. You are your own healer. It's empowering to realize that we’re not here to do the work for you—we’re here to guide you. You have everything you need inside of you. Calling yourself a healer and making people depend on you is egotistical. Our job is to give you the tools, the knowledge, and the accountability to take action and heal yourself. You don’t need anyone else. We’re not better or further along than you—we’ve just done the work. If you don’t take responsibility and put in the effort, we can’t do it for you. It’s like teaching math: we give you the tools, but you have to solve the problem. When you do, you’ll be able to teach others too.

53:21 - 01:04:24 All the Mistakes We Made on Our Last Tour: Reflecting on our last tour, it feels like every possible thing that could go wrong, did. But that’s the nature of live events—no matter how prepared you are, something always finds a way to throw a wrench in the works. And this tour? Well, we had more than our fair share of hiccups. But at the end of the day, what matters is how you bounce back. You show up, you make it happen, and you learn from the mistakes. So yes, we had our fair share of mess-ups on this tour, but by the end of it, we were still standing - and we couldn’t be prouder of how we handled it all

01:04:24 - 01:13:15 What We Have Planned Next: As we step into this next phase of our journey, we're embracing a shift that has been on our hearts for a while. We’re moving away from breakthrough breathwork. We know this news might be a tough pill for some, but it’s time for others to step in and take the reins. Our goal now is to focus on developing better leaders, coaches, and facilitators. We want to build confidence, help people thrive in business, and guide you to become the kind of leader who shines in any room.

What is up, crew? And welcome back to another episode of Spill the Tea with Bo and Guest. This is episode nine and today we're going to get straight into it. So we've just finished up our sixth national Australian tour with Believe in Your Breath. While this, this this tour was called limitless. Yes. And and and it was a two day event, second tour of doing two day events.

::

Unknown

Now, if you've been watching, you've probably noticed the scenery is a bit different in here. The last one was black and dark. We have changed a lot. Or maybe they're not watching because they're on podcast. Or if you're listening, you might you might hear that the podcast studio is a little bit different. What we are, we are back here at Lighthouse Studios in Bali.

::

Unknown

But we had Brighton this place up. We've got white walls, gold lighting, and if you've been watching us on social media, you would have seen that we've changed quite a lot. You probably see a lot of different energy. For me, I think in the first episodes I was a little hunched over, a little quiet, and we've done so much work on ourselves and we've done so I breakthroughs.

::

Unknown

Oh, man. And, and, and even people are saying that the energy is different. And I had a conversation with someone the other day and and our way very success mental shape. And she said, even people are saying that the energy is different on socials. They're like, they're like, I'm not even in front of them. But am I?

::

Unknown

Even when she doesn't post much, it's just photos. Although captions or the way you're delivering herself and the energy you're pushing out completely changes when you're feeling confident and and also when you start to work on the anchors and the the triggers and the things like that. And you truly such embody yourself. And some of you, said the other day, was someone saying, you know, you're really like, you know, just stepped up and, gone into this person and you're like, actually, no, I've just truly become who I wanted to be.

::

Unknown

I've just truly stepped into who I am. And I think that's a really important, take, you know, we've gone through so many different stages and, sittings of, of our relationship and live and work and all that kind of stuff. And now I truly feel that we have stepped into exactly who we are and are in that.

::

Unknown

I reckon that's so true, because a lot of people, when they do a lot of healing, people say, you've changed. Yeah. And and it's like it's a bad thing. And especially like if you've got these old friends that don't serve you on into business or on into healing or leveling up, and they're drinking, using drugs or partying or whatever that may be, family members don't get it.

::

Unknown

Sometimes they're like old school way or whatever stuck in their ways. And when you start like exploring these different things, I actually believe that. Yeah, like you said, you're not leveling up or changing or, you know, transformation, transformation into this person. You're actually just stepping into who you really want to be, where your heart wants you to be because you are.

::

Unknown

You've actually always been. And this is why I always talk about life, you know, manifestation. You've already got it. It's already exists for you. Everything you want already exists. You already have that. You just know how to embody that. Step into that version of yourself that was always going to go down that path. And I think that is something that, you know, we've done so much work on ourselves.

::

Unknown

And we've grown so rapidly with the business, we've grown with the business, you know, and it's following us, as individuals as well. And, you know, we've just coming off this like we've worked with, you know, nearly over 20,000 people now over the last four years. I think it is physically. Yeah. Yeah. And like, this is wild.

::

Unknown

It's crazy. But yeah, I just want to talk on that too. Yeah. We're constantly manifesting whether it's good or bad. Manifestation just doesn't mean the good stuff. It's also the bad stuff. But, you know, I truly believe that anxiety and depression is your body saying, fuck you. You don't want to live like this anymore. And and how many of those are we going to get out of you today?

::

Unknown

How do you setting 99%. But but for me, I'm like, well, someone comes to me with mass anxiety. I'm like, you're trying to impress your parents. You're trying to fit in at work, you're trying to do this. You're trying to do that. And you are. You're sitting in this, this box because of fear of judgment and fear of failure or even fear of success.

::

Unknown

But you don't want to when you when you step into the person that you want to be, it's liberating. It's freeing. It's confident. You brush things off your shoulder. People do things externally and it doesn't affect you, and you just become like, we said, your true self 100%. And I just want to go off that for a second.

::

Unknown

So we had someone in our way versus his program yesterday who said that she did the breakthrough of Britain with you on the Wednesday and, this Wednesday. And then a couple hours later, she got a know in her business that was a big no for her and had a I would have usually highly affected her and crumbled her because this was something that she had really put all her eggs in this basket hard.

::

Unknown

And that's going to be a yes to help grow the business. And this is a prime example, guys that live is happening for you not to. But the beautiful thing here in this moment was that she said, thank goodness I had done that breakthrough breathwork session first because when I got there, no, it did not affect me. And that is when you realize, guys, that the growth is happening, and it's in those moments that you're doing all the work and where people say to me, I've been doing work, how come I'm still here?

::

Unknown

And this is not in our program, by the way, and other things and doing like coaching and therapy and raking and all these things and like people said, they said all the time and they say things like that. And I'm like, it's always working. Every single thing is working. Healing is linear. It's ongoing. And so for this person, she was like, wow, I didn't react the way I usually would.

::

Unknown

That is when, you know, that is when you know that it's working, that the growth, the things that you've been doing and putting yourself into is now working. I call that two simple words letting go like that, that, that, that, that saying that you see tattooed on a lot of people let them. Yeah. Like when you for me, healing is number one awareness.

::

Unknown

You bring your awareness to it, you know then then once you've got the awareness then there's a level of taking accountability. Okay. Well now this is my job. I can't keep blaming everyone else and rejecting everyone else. And then you do the work. Then you start to embody who the fuck you want to be and embodying the things that you're saying.

::

Unknown

Like. Like I said, when we tell people to share their wins rate, right? Your wins in the in the mentorship in the way very success. Community. Because when you're writing it, you're embodying it. That's why we do scripture. That's why we write mantras. Because you're becoming that person and negativity can come and positivity can come in the same way.

::

Unknown

It's way where focus goes. Five attention, attention goes. My focus goes. What is it? Attention to energy goes where? Attention flow. Know. All right, I got this. Attention goes where energy flows. Is that it? I feel like. I feel like it's not. I feel like you've scanned my mind. I know, it's like I anyway. And this is where attention flows.

::

Unknown

Now, I haven't, you know, because, you know, anyway, next, next energy flow. Anyway, all that means is what? What you fucking ruminate on. If you ruminate in your problems and your negative. If you think about the shit, you can get more shit. If you think about the positive, you get more positive. That's this. That's the thing. That's an exercise we do.

::

Unknown

Yes. Right fucking right now. We can do this with people at home right now. Look around the room. Everything is brown. Look around the room. Find everything that's brown. Katie, lock all those into your mind. Now close down your eyes. Now imagine everything you seen. That was gold. And you can't see much, Kenny. And then you open your eyes.

::

Unknown

And now look around the room and everything you say that is gold. You found a little bit more that time because you were looking for it. Now they did my my, my issue here is a lot of people, looking for things that are close to brown beige just to feel like they're successful a lot. They've done something right, and people dig.

::

Unknown

It's like people who looked around for gold, probably seen something yellow and be like, yeah, I'll count that because they want to be successful and they don't want to be wrong. But my idea of this exercise is right now is you realizing that once you fucking look for gold and success and happiness and health, you find it. If you continue looking at Brown, look at this shit, look at the negative.

::

Unknown

The point, the the the fucking bad shit that's happening. That's what you get, as you always say, like in your garden. If you if you filter the water and give the garden fertilizer, it'll grow. It depends what garden you're trying to grow, right? If you're growing a negative garden, that's what will happen in a positive way, right? You got to take out the weights and interactive thing, grow properly in this way.

::

Unknown

Like, you know, especially in our program. And we bring success we consistently like every week on Mondays we sit, you'll wake up for success and we work out what are we wanting to actually achieve that way? But we also do so much gratitude. But not just gratitude. They don't just write down ten minutes like right before they have to say, why didn't they found a body that it's got to be so it's gratitude embodiment.

::

Unknown

And then actually sitting in that sense of gratitude because we can only go around so that we're grateful for things, but we're not grateful until those things are taken off us. And all of a sudden, I wish I would have that back. And we all know that when it comes to we've been running around doing less stuff, and then we get the flu and we get bedridden.

::

Unknown

All you want is your health back. You're doing everything. You're taking everything that you possibly can do your health back on check. And that is a perfect example of you know, if we that we should have been grateful for health to begin with. That's right. I'm going to ask you a question. Yes. You train up a dog in the light and a dog in the dark.

::

Unknown

They're both chained up. Which one survives? Well, obviously the one in the light. The one that you said. Oh. So what? What are you feeding? Yeah. Are you feeding that positive light version of yourself, or are you feeding the one in the dark? That's the second one. All right. So I'm going to go back to the toys. So we only have six toy.

::

Unknown

Now before we get into, all the, the learnings. You know, I think this is a beautiful thing. Now, like we've said, we've done six toys. We have learned a lot along the way. We changed a little. Oh my goodness. We have learned so many things. You know we started with nine people in our kitchen. So thank you to bar.

::

Unknown

And the other day and when we started that, I was the girl that was making the fruit in the cocoa, and I wasn't doing any of that kind of stuff. And, and then when we joined that, I went and sat with out, okay, I'm talking and, and then I said, I've got the talking stick guys. And so when we first did that one, when Barrhead finished up, I came and sat beside him before everybody, woke up.

::

Unknown

And it was a really beautiful moment, you know, and this was way before I was not even in traffic. I don't know if I'd done my first worship session then I'm not too sure.

::

Unknown

But I was supporting both streams. And so from that moment we had those nine people, not kitchen and then bathroom came to me and said, hey, I want to do an Australia tour, and we're just done.

::

Unknown

Nine people in our kitchen, like, what do you mean? And in the hilarious thing here is that we will like, if we get at least ten people in each place will go. We knew that we weren't going to be making money off of these events. We just wanted to do it because it was so impactful. The work that I was doing at the time was is so amazing.

::

Unknown

And then what happens? Oh man. So so we went on tour and you ran ads? Yes. And, how did it happen for nine people in the kitchen? How do we run the ads? Go tell them a story about how we started running ads. Because you did a stupid dance on TikTok, learning how to run a soda out of a ballet.

::

Unknown

The label. So, so, like, racist. We wanted that before we went into the toilet. I don't know what you promise. I was doing ballet, the label. All right. And, we spent over $30,000 on ad agencies that just did not deliver. And so I was like, I need to learn ads. So then I can at least talk the language.

::

Unknown

I never thought in a million years that I was actually going to run these ads. I just wanted to know what they were talking about so they couldn't pull the wool over my eyes. It's the whole reason why I did that. I said during this course, absolute incredible. I did this ridiculous dance. Nobody said when you wanted to start a business or have a clothing brand that you would be doing the most craziest TikTok dances.

::

Unknown

And that is what I did. We couldn't sell this crazy orange peach color that was Boris color in the first place. And so one morning at 3:00 in the morning, I chucked that outfit on. I had a massive, massive shot of espresso coffee, and I put on a song and I danced in my garage with this outfit on.

::

Unknown

And then I made it an ad, a song. I was like, whew, I feel good. And that song that. Yeah, I knew that I would know that one. Yes, that was the song. And so I put that as an ad, and literally in four days we had completely sold out all of that color. It was wild and so I wasn't really well with ads.

::

Unknown

Shout out to Jay Wright, who taught me everything. Amazing. Amazing, man. And I can talk so much on that guy, but when I did that, then we did a lot of that conversation in the Believe the Label podcast, is that right? Yeah. And so Bart asked me, hey, could you please run ads for the Australian tour?

::

Unknown

And I was like, I don't think so. It's got nothing. Then, completely worlds apart. This is like no serious prices. The clothing is a whole mess. I don't think so. I hate to say it, just to try to think about my partner, Bo Drury, is that he does the stuff. All right, so I'm a the Hey Johnson Day beans without floaties, and he's just hoping that he's going to get up, you know, swim.

::

Unknown

Sometimes we ain't swimming. Sometimes we're drowning a little bit. But it's okay because we've got like backup systems on. They've got like a kayak or something. Pumpkin's back out to the surface. So, something is under there. And so we start to run these ads and places. Let me remind you that it was nine people in the kitchen, and we started running these ads.

::

Unknown

And, it was like once, once I once I was like, oh my goodness. Like, these ads are working. This is crazy. And within a few weeks, like, we were selling out so fast to our events that we had to keep on getting more event spaces, and that began to get bigger. And then in the end, it was like, oh, every single city.

::

Unknown

I'd, to, upgrade the venue, upgrade the venue and and place like this be a reminder that we would not ruin the kitchen. But we also had said to ourselves, as long as we got ten people per city, we would go. That was like the condition we were put up, put on these. We finish with what was it, 170 and 70 people on Gold Coast and we were terrified.

::

Unknown

Imposter syndrome, all that sort of stuff, all the things. And I'm not good enough. Could we do this for me, Don? Like, you know, it was just our life happened so fast. And if you know me, in our lives, I have. Everything happens in our lives. So for us, we were together for a little bit. We're engaged. There was a baby like there is to business and another business.

::

Unknown

And like, now that we just started hanging out yesterday. Yeah, this whole time, like, now we live in Bali and we're going to deploy like that's crazy. I know, it's insane. Yeah. Dubai's coming. Yeah. You heard it. Oh, wait. Yeah. I want to go into some vulnerability because we did talk about leaving your breath at one of the earlier first podcasts.

::

Unknown

We did, but I didn't really share everything because I didn't really know how to transmute it, and I still I wasn't going through it then, but, still reliable. I believe in your breath. Better when when I went, started the tour and we had the stuff happen. But I want to I want to talk about, that vulnerability before we go into the last tour and our learnings from the last tour.

::

Unknown

But first of all, I just want to say, like, how much we've changed, like we're we're doing more business now instead of working with trauma, you know, and the the thing is, I went in to the trauma because I went into, breathwork and it was amazing the way a new person was trained. And I knew what these people had taught me.

::

Unknown

So I'm like, all right, well, I want to do this because it's fucking amazing. And, and it is incredible what it is. And now, now, now. Because of all the shit I went through, I train other people in the industry a lot differently. I want everyone to have a voice. I want people to do things for me, use things for me, use my breath.

::

Unknown

But I don't give a fuck. I want to share this as much as I can with the world. People come to me like, I really like the idea that I'm not cool, use it, use it, go put it on the internet, I don't care. Yeah, yeah. Guess what? We don't even care. You don't need to be like, oh, you know, I learned this from Cassie.

::

Unknown

And just take it. Just take it. Because the reason for that is, is because we so badly want every single person to have access to this. And we don't want to have to win. We don't have we want everyone to win. But we also the way that we help others is we become the solution by helping other either coaches and facilitators get our work out.

::

Unknown

That's beautiful. So I'm going to tell you what happens. And, I'm going to be pretty transparent here, but I'm always online. I was in a coaching call with, with our crew about emoji, talking about business and, one, one of the guys said, I want to be doing what you guys doing. I want to be running a, like, a hot ticket mentorship.

::

Unknown

And I'm like, wicked. Like, I believe it. Like, I see potential in people. As soon as they come to me, they might be like, oh, you know, I kind of want to do this thing. I'm like, all right, awesome. We're going to make that happen. And he said to me, I've I've written down a plan and everything. I'm like, fuck yes, sick.

::

Unknown

Let, let's, let's let's hear it. And he goes, in three years. And I just stopped him there. I was like three years. What he told me, he goes, yeah, well, you know, I need time for this and I have to do that. And I'm like, no fucking, no three year shit here, okay. Like three, six months. Yes. Yeah.

::

Unknown

3 to 6 months. You be doing what we're doing. Yeah. If you fucking listen. Yeah. And he listens and he, he imagine and you know, some people just need that little push up the bum. And, I said to him, do you know, I'm going to share a story with you, which is quite vulnerable, but, when I did all this breathwork stuff, I went in fast.

::

Unknown

Yes. All right. And I went into the deep end. It's what I do. It's what I do with. Everything has its pros and cons. I learn a lot, I annoy people, I rustle some leaves, a piss people off. I went in. You also drink amazing shit. I do amazing shit, you know? But I'm saying. I'm saying that's what comes with obviously comes first as well.

::

Unknown

But when you, when you grow fast, when you do big things, it takes a lot of people. It upsets people, whatever that that is something that I've learned. Projections. Yeah. So basically I was, I was in a breathwork school that I will not name, but I was aware I was half way. Oh, and I was towards the end of it, you had full weeks, like four weeks left.

::

Unknown

But halfway through I started doing like one on ones and all that. They were telling me to. All right, cool. You don't want the ones I was already. I've had people in that breathwork school still following in our reach out to me saying, hey, I learned more from you. Yes, in that fucking eight month container than I did from the fucking school, because I had already read every single book.

::

Unknown

I had already fucking practiced this work in and out. I'd done so much of my own work. I've done all this stuff and I knew what people wanted. I was not sure you needed exactly why you were 100%. You were your client 100%. So I got told by the school that eventually we had to start doing group sessions.

::

Unknown

I did the first one, nine people in my kitchen. I did a couple more that were like 50s in Perth, 20s, 50s. And the school was out okay, this like what's behind this? And I said, well, I love it. And let's just go to who I am as a person before we go into the next thing. I love attention.

::

Unknown

Yeah. Right. For what reason? That is doesn't matter. But I love big, I have ego, and my ego has been the reason why I've done big events and done big in business and done well because I'm like, yes, you. You're more you're way more humble to me and a lot of other ways. And let me just tell you this, guys, for me, when I run events, when I, when I play an event, I would literally like pink swing down from a ring with lights dressed in glitter and shit like that, just like Machine Gun Kelly, like, that's me.

::

Unknown

And you probably gonna see more of that guy now coming out, but Kirsty is more of like, she will welcome and hug people at the door. Hello. Welcome in. And I want to help every single human down to their seat. And that that's the way Kirsty is. I want to be behind stage coming out the fireworks and and pyro so that that that's how it is now.

::

Unknown

You know, and when, when my school started tripping me up about like, why are you doing these big groups, blah blah, blah, blah, everyone else is doing like 2 or 3 people I'm doing. I'm like, cool because I want to in like, I'm loving it. I started doing like these fucking exercises. I started making people dance to The Wiggles because I knew that when people come in anxious and they're nervous because I know what it's like, you come in.

::

Unknown

So what we noticed was when you make people move and dance to music and love and love and bring the energy, hold out and bring the energy, all that, all the anxiety left their body. So I'm like, all right, the first thing we're doing that at our next event, you know, we had like all these people and I'm like everyone dancing the Wiggles out, what the fuck are coming in for trauma?

::

Unknown

And then everyone would sit down. I'm like the first question I ask is who he is. Nervous, anxious, hovering after the dancing, after being making everyone high five each other, everyone stepped into this confidence and comfortability and calm and all their nervous systems regulated, and everyone sat down and you could see everyone's shoulders were down. Their their chests were back.

::

Like everyone, the body language in the room changed as soon as we made everyone move and dance a lot. Who the wiggle was. That's it. Then I said, who? You still nervous? No one. Everyone's smiling. They're catching their breath. I'm like, yep, this is what people need. And. And just on that before you get to the next one.

::

Unknown

And this is why we also we get so many people sideways. How come I've been to so many other bright through breathwork, you know, events and seminars and it doesn't compete with what you guys do. And I never goes deep and it's because we're from the moment you walk in, we're creating safety. That's right. We're laughing. We're feeling safe again.

::

Unknown

We're connecting with human beings. So by the time I get to the brighter, which is literally 4 or 5 hours later, you're more than ready. You're you're you're so comfortable. We're all friends now. We are a big family. You know what you're here for? Yeah. You've moved to a bit of light, shed layers throughout the day. 100% open.

::

Unknown

Yeah. You know, a lot of people come in close down. Like, I don't want to share anything. I'm fucking my gods up. My. My barriers are open. I'm an open. Aren't we? Slowly open up people throughout the dike, connect them. One thing we we know that works is connecting people throughout the whole day. We partner with different strangers, and make them do stuff together.

::

Unknown

Yeah. And I think it's an amazing. But. So back to my, the, the dude in our program was three years away. I started explaining this story, and what happened was I hadn't got my qualification yet, but I was eight weeks. I was four weeks away. And seven and a half months into this breathwork, all is ahead of the entire class by absolute mile.

::

Unknown

There's a lot of people in that class that were just fucked up, had a lot of trauma and just wanted something. There was some people in there that were yoga instructors that want to do breathwork, but I was like, I was like, pose deep in this fucking in this thing, right? Doing my thing. And then, I just one of the qualifications because I, because I wanted to do bigger, bigger things.

::

Unknown

Now the school come back to me and ask me questions of like, why am I doing these big groups ego, blah blah. But they brushed it off. And then, then we had the first tour. So we started the tour. We started with about 50 people in Adelaide was that first interstate, and I just followed it around the country and by by a Gold Coast, which I think is like the third or the fourth one was that I was the last one.

::

Unknown

The last one. Before we get to the Gold Coast, you had your mentor. I was flying my mentor around from this school, applying for her, and she was watching fly around and work at my events because I was unqualified. Yeah. So one, I wanted to bring someone who could give me the guidance and, and give me like, what I needed.

::

Unknown

And I was also employed by the school, I was employed by the school. And now employed by us. And, and I don't know if there's like a conflict of interest there or something like that, but but I was told, I was told to do group sessions. I bring my mentors. The problem is they didn't stipulate how many in a group session.

::

Unknown

That probably changed. I probably changed that now because of me. I know, I know, they changed school, changed everything because of me. Yeah. So which is cool. That's the learning I was there. Learning. Yep. Yeah. And I was I'm everybody's learning. Like I come into your world, I shape shit up and yeah, Holy shit. We need to make people sign waivers.

::

Unknown

Yeah, because these guys are crazy. So I was flying her around, now. Oh, HHC, we went to. I just reached out to breathwork as healers San Boal, sound ball, energy healer, energy healers, Reiki. Can I just connected with everyone through Instagram? Like, send out hundreds of messages day saying, hey, I'm doing this tour, I don't have any support.

::

Unknown

And reach out. And when we got to Gold Coast, I had ten qualified breath workers reach out. I let every single one of those breath workers stand on stage and share their story and share their business and their events, and and most of those breathwork is came up to me at the end of the day. Ingrid, why did you let us do that?

::

Unknown

And I said, well, why not like, I like I'm not in this city. Like I can't help all of these people. We didn't have an online program. We just had events. We just went around because I wanted to travel. Yeah, that was the key thing. Yeah. And they came to me and all, fuck, we're so grateful. They let us like going to walk and talk and share our work and like, you know, our Instagram.

::

Unknown

Yeah. And I think the thing here is guys, and I want this to really be super clear for anyone that's in business or in this space, my my main reason for why I do what I do is there's two things I want to say the world of pain free, because I've sat in pain majority of my life until I've really found breakthrough breathwork, and then I changed my life there.

::

Unknown

But you know, I've suffered depression, anxiety, PTSD, JV relationships, alcohol abuse. So it was super important for me to see the world emotionally pain free. And I don't care how that looks. And the second thing is, from human beings through living life that love. And, you know, we're a perfect example of that when you right through, you can do anything in life.

::

Unknown

hat's fine too. But we've got:

::

Unknown

And so if you connect with a person, a facilitator or event, they might your pair has done. There's no way you're getting the solution. I'm still part of the global solution of why I'm I'm why I'm pushing so hard for this. And this is why we're massive on collaboration isn't there's no competition in my world. And so we we always say things to me and they, come from jealousy or competition.

::

Unknown

I'm like, I'm not a competition with you. No. I want you to win. Like I couldn't even fathom. Like I don't even think about you. I want you to win. Like, it's not. It's not competition. And that's the thing, like, you know, for people like that. Like, if there is no. That's cool. But, you know, you can't keep putting yourself in in beautiful rooms like this, whether it's our work or someone else's, and get nothing out of it.

::

Unknown

One thing I used to absolutely slam the door on when I was doing one on one clients. If someone would sit down in front of me and go, I've wasted all my money, all my time on this therapy, that therapeutic Reiki vibe. And I got nothing out of it. I said, shut the fuck up for a start.

::

Unknown

There's no way that you didn't get. You're living in a victim mindset and you want to blame. And I said, I'm just. I'm going to be another person that doesn't help you because it doesn't matter what qualifications I have, how much experience I have, or how much money you paid me, you're not gonna get anything out of me either, because you're looking for the shit.

::

Unknown

You're not looking for the light. Yeah, you can read a book 100 times, and every time you will notice something different. You all get something. Every day you go to work, there's going to be learning every time you catch up. This is why I say every bad relationship you have, every toxic relationship you have,

::

Unknown

that teaches you more about who you are, what you don't put up with, what you want out of a person, what you need more out of yourself.

::

Unknown

Every bad situation does that. And the thing is, when people go and look at things like this ruined my life. I'm like, but did it or did it push you to do better? Because look at you now and look back at who you were and tell me in between that journey that if that fucking horrible situation, life experience.

::

Unknown

I don't like the word trauma, life experience did not happen to you. You would not be where you are now. Nothing teaches you faster than life lessons, lessons learned, challenge. Learn them like life is coming for you, not to us. That again and again and again. And people can't say shit to me because I've had it. No DV addiction, mental abuse, emotional.

::

Unknown

What would you have puked up? Picked up that first self-development book to go through a bit of pain 100%. So who would you be now? I was 19 with my when my partner was in jail and I was pregnant, and I decided that moment. And I hate you. So you made a choice. I made a choice. I didn't want my child to suffer the way that I did it.

::

Unknown

I picked up my first book, which was called You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hayes. And the crazy thing is, ten years later, this book, Louise Hayes, the author and also, The Secret, they both sponsored my event about ten years later. And those are the two books that changed my life hundred percent. And I love that.

::

Unknown

And yeah, that's the thing is. Yeah, you gotta go back to Gold Coast, right? Gold coast, you're at Gold Coast, right? I've got ten qualified breath workers on stage helping people. Now we're going to talk about mistakes that happened. The music cut out. Yeah, the music cut out. And the music is the most important thing. Now I'm on stage.

::

Unknown

Imposter syndrome. I'm like anxiety through the rose now. Like I'm. I live and breathe these events like I step on stage. I couldn't care the power. Now I can't. It's still happen. We've had everything happen. I want to talk about that. But I bet everything you think are on fire alarms go off because Kirsty fucking too excited. But we're not going to go anywhere.

::

Unknown

That's totally fine. But we improvise. We take people outside, whatever. Like people saying, fuck yeah, this is part of the show. Like, no, it's not, but and the thing is, you're going to know that nobody else knows what's going on, but you. How many times I've had music cut out. And then breathwork came up to me in Adelaide and said, oh, well, I really loved how you cut the music out and kept people breathing.

::

Unknown

And I'm like, that was not supposed to happen. Oh really? And I'm like, they're like, fuck yeah. I was thinking about doing it my next event. So it's all point of view. It's all perception, perception to everything in life. So I mean Gold Coast ten breathwork is qualified and there's about 15 people, but there's one like sauna like in healers and things like that.

::

Unknown

So in a room full of people holding on the space of like 170 people, right. Plus me and you. Yeah. Plus pay and other people that are on our team. And, at the, at the end of that event, everything went well and we had all the breathwork and say, you know, I couldn't believe it. They were mind blowing, my mind blowing outside by the bay there.

::

Unknown

And we had two of like, the main people in the industry blow up and fucking absolutely go to town on me on social media. So, so before that happened, you got home. I got home and I was in the shower. I remember saying, do you know what? For once in my life, I feel proud of myself. And you're like, fuck.

::

Unknown

Like you felt something come. Your intuition was on. Something happened. Then the messages started. I had a feeling that I want to just go back to that. So you sat in the shower, having a shower after the event, and he was the most confident, heaviest version of himself. He had just finished that and he was proud. And I was like, you know, saying and I he created saying all this.

::

Unknown

He cried. So much. Embed it hundreds, hundreds of testimonials by now about how much he had changed. He was like the impact he created. And he sat there and he truly felt it for the first time. And I think this is a very, it's good to know. And I want you guys to know this, that at the top of your success, you can get knocked down just as fast as you were up there.

::

Unknown

And this is where our next, piece is going to come. And what happened to boy? And it was the start of a very long journey. But it's a journey that has brought us to this beautiful moment now. But it's really important to know that at the top of your success, that's when the devil comes for you.

::

Unknown

Then spend the day will come whatever shape or form and and know or understand that until you're really there. And this was the peak of both success that was like he felt good for the first hour. He felt embodiment. And then we started getting messages. We saw messages from all our friends. Have you heard this? Have you seen this person saying this?

::

Unknown

And I watched it basically with, dragged out on social media for all sorts of rumors that weren't even true things about me. And then I was getting hundreds of messages on my Believe in Your breath page, which was like, for videos of me and my one year old son doing breathwork together, saying that you're this, you're that, but like that, like I'm like, what sort of fucking people is this?

::

Unknown

And what is this like? For once in my life, I felt like I was doing something good. Yeah. For once in my life, I'm like, I've been a shit cunt my whole life. I've been fucking through toxic, this and that once in my life I wanted to do this. First of all, I got told that I was copying someone else's work.

::

Unknown

This is the reason why any breathwork, any therapist, any coach, anyone comes to me. I'm like, take everything. Because I never want anyone to feel like that 100%. Right. And if I if anyone if I feel like anyone's doing something wrong or out of integrity, I won't back them out. I'll reach out to them and I'll say, hey, I want to help you or mentor you, I'll help you.

::

Unknown

Here's a list of things blah, blah, blah. And it's up to them whether they push back on me and go, fuck you, I'm doing right and you're wrong. But that's me wanting to actually. And the reason for that is because we were in this industry. We were in this industry of thinking that people are love and light and they're going to do this, do the right thing.

::

Unknown

We truly found out quite quickly that this was anything but this, and this is also going to go into our next reason why we are stepping out of this work. So there's a lot of learnings and stuff, but I also went into work and I'm still shipping out, and we're going to be helping more coaches and more ladies to be able to try to let me go into that step into who they want to be.

::

Unknown

Because the biggest lessons here were the things that happened to us. We never want that to happen. Somebody asked, and we are going to make sure that we build the biggest, strongest, most confident impact ladies in this world who will be so self-assured that nothing can break them. And they will shine light for everyone else instead of just, bring them.

::

Unknown

Right. So I'm here and I'm in this zoom call with my people, and I'm telling this story in more of a short form. We're going in a bit deeper here, but just let me go to this next thing. So there was the the after that, all this stuff happened. I end up turning my socials off because I was like, do you know what I, I don't I don't I can't deal with this.

::

Unknown

Like I was at the peak. Now I'm at the bottom like literally people I looked up to, I worshiped, I loved, I followed, turned on me. The ten people that we had at the breathwork turned on me and my mentor, who I flew around the country, turned on me. My own school didn't qualify me. Shut me down, turn me off.

::

Unknown

That that that, the owner of that school rang me. He was I talking down to me off me. And the thing is, I want to say this right. I come from a background of black kids and gang members, bad people in and out of jail, drugs and alcohol. Now, I'll tell you one thing about the black people.

::

Unknown

One thing about the black you out is you can be an absolute piece of shit. You can be an absolute drop kick drug addict in DV. You can be an absolute lowlife, but your brothers back you for life. That will go to fucking war for you. Even if you're a bad person in the spiritual world. Everyone is so fucking judgmental you can't use the sage or you've got the many.

::

Unknown

You can't say that on social media. And I'm like, I've jumped the fence because I'm like, I'm over the black world. I'm over the drugs and alcohol. I'm over the partying. I'm over the girls. I want to do more. I want to heal. I wanted to level up. I wanted to grow. I wanted to do business. So my I call this sort of thing is fun.

::

Unknown

Boom. Spiritual ego, jealousy, fucking projection. The most unhealed fucking people I've ever dealt with in my life in this space. Yeah, right. And I'm like, Holy fuck, it destroyed me. I'll be honest. Destroy me for about 12 months. The only reason I got back on that horse was because of you. You took over. You pushed me to get back on that horse.

::

Unknown

You seen me in the most confident, successful version of my life. You watched me deteriorate. I turned my social media off. I stopped doing breathwork. I basically became a shell of yourself. I'm a shell of myself. Full of anxiety, full of depression. You have physical injury? Yeah. Yeah. My I was dizzy. I had fucking blocked. Is for like fucking six months.

::

Unknown

I was waking up in the middle of the night. Panic attacks. Baba, I didn't know where I belonged in life. Was going to go back to the mines, get to get a job, and, you I remember you pushed me to go into another breathwork set. You found your harness from breathless shout out to him. Because I love him and his work.

::

Unknown

And a lot of our people have gone in on breathwork trying to him and amazing man went out there the worst time of my life. You know me, people come and go, oh, I don't want to show up today because I'm feeling shit order. I can't come to your ranks. I've got anxiety. I'm like, that's when you should show up.

::

Unknown

Yeah, I was fucked up, man. Like I was the worst version of myself I'd ever been. But I went out and I did five days in the fucking snowy mountains, jumping in ice rivers, doing breathwork with a bunch of strangers. And I cried chaotically for like two hours for, for for all the shit that I've been through and, and my past and everything done all this breathwork was healing out in the mountains.

::

Unknown

Learned so much. People respected me out there. Johannes looked up to me. He he gave me that permission slip to be myself. And that I was on the right path as well. Now, I came back and I still wasn't there, though. It was like I had the qualification. I had the sir. And now you didn't, because a lot of people were saying, oh, who?

::

Unknown

How do you run an event like this? You don't have the certification. I ten qualified breathwork is there in the space. And I can tell you this right now breathwork qualification. Qualification is just a fucking piece of paper, right? So shut your ego. Oh, I guess I this that you can earn a higher self exactly where I was going.

::

Unknown

And you don't need to be a hairdresser in a finance company. I never done finance your entire life. You can own the biggest fucking restaurant corporation and not be a chef. You can pay her the fuck you, whatever the fuck. You can get the qualified people to do it so that was the model. I'm not going to tell you what right now.

::

Unknown

You go out to the fucking villages in Indonesia, you get some of the best cooks and the best food you've ever had in your life. And I guarantee you that. No fucking shit. Okay, so people need a fuck up about these qualifications right now. Now, now I don't I'm not saying that people should run and go and fucking do breathwork or do heart surgery without a fucking qualification.

::

Unknown

I know they're two vastly different things, but my thing is like, yes, get the correct training, do the right thing, make sure fucking people are looked after. Whatever. If that's your concern, I understand. But I went and got my qualification, okay. And then I'm still down. And you went out to the Snowy Mountains and did breathwork training, used all your used savings.

::

Unknown

Is your money to go out there. You hated the whole thing. If fucking I did not want to be at birth. Okay, I'm going to be out there, I think. I guess I did, I did Covid, I had Covid, I found out how to and I came back. I was so sick I didn't want to go. And I want to make this very clear.

::

Unknown

I didn't want to be I didn't want to do it for certification. I did that purely to have a certification so we could company our company, keep going. I did that for that reason. I, I'm more of a manifestation of self-development. I love, breaking through is limiting beliefs and anchors. So going out to the Snowy Mountains was wild for me.

::

Unknown

But the other wild thing was, the whole reason why I didn't want to go is because I hate the cold. Like I'm from New Zealand and I hate the cold and and the first half an hour, I think it was we had to go into the the snowy River not flowing. Right. Yeah. I have never done an ice bath before.

::

Unknown

I was not far. It wasn't me either. I didn't want to do it. And I was never been so scared in my entire life. And so that was when I call Janet. I was like, please do. Like, he doesn't even tell you. You get up at 5:00 in the morning. He's like, we're going for ice. And I'm like, no, like, come on, man.

::

Unknown

Yeah, I'm here to learn breathwork. Yeah, please. Yeah, I'm. I just sat me down in the classroom and like, do this like. And it's good because I, you know, like it pushes your limits on. All right. And once I started doing breathwork and started doing, I sports, I was a game changer for me. So I came back from that fully lit up.

::

Unknown

And again, I don't do right through birth. So I got to do one on ones I never have. It's not my thing. I did birth flows and I do my business coaching. I'm very good at that. Marketing, all those types of things. However. Then we stepped into the next level of doing stuff in the business and that's, that's that's exactly where I was going that because of that happened to me.

::

Unknown

Yes. Now I'm just myself. Like, I don't give a fuck who you are, what you say, because I've been through that. You can fucking say whatever you want. And I'm like, I don't care. And why don't you care now? Because I built myself. Yes, I built myself on my own terms. None of other people. And I try to follow other people's path.

::

Unknown

I try to be them. I try to do what I was doing because it helped me and now I've realized that's why people come to me and they're like, oh, you know, I want to do like, you guys. I might do it how you want to do it for the follow ask journey, like whatever, if that helps you.

::

Unknown

But be yourself in it. Like if you don't like this music or if you want to do this, or if you want to coach this way, or if you're a fitness coach and other fitness coaches are saying you shouldn't do this, but you truly believe that you shouldn't live like that because it's going to hurt someone's back. Then follow your your science and your proof and your backing and prove that and challenge other people on it.

::

Unknown

Be like, hey, I don't believe that's right or whatever. Don't do it out of ego, but do it out of because you are standing up and knowing who the fuck you just be, but your authentic self and and we hear this word a lot authentic and authenticity is authenticity. Yeah, we hear that word all the time. But I truly mean like be yourself.

::

Unknown

You know, we had someone in our online program the other day talk about she goes from a corporate girl. She's in the birth scene as well. She's also becoming, she's a VA and she's like, I'm telling, conflicted between, being serious and being a VA and being myself. Fun self. And I said, be your self and self.

::

Unknown

That's who you really. I don't want our coaching co with that woman. And I can tell you right now that she come on with this with this part conflict of like you know she's this fun girl who's happy go lucky, but then she comes from a cool world like you said. So it's business is supposed to be serious.

::

Unknown

And I said, and she can't find clients. She can't find leads. And I'm like, that's because you're going against the grain. You're you're blocking energy and pushing energy away. I said, why don't you be yourself completely and then be yourself in all areas of your life and your business, especially because she does breathwork. And I said you would make that so fun.

::

Unknown

People come to you because they're attracted to you. And also when before this happened to me, I was trying to be someone I was. I was dressing like hippie and I was like, I stopped swearing. I wasn't drinking alcohol on social media because I'm like, oh, I'm healer and I'm supposed to help people. I become a fake now.

::

Unknown

Now that I've become myself, now that I'm like, yeah, having a fucking BMI and like, I can be myself and be like, take a fucking deep breath and breathe into yourself. And like, now I'm like this confident, more powerful version myself. I'm attracting people, clients, followers, friends that I actually like hanging out with. And I'm actually like been around before.

::

Unknown

I was trying to be someone I wasn't, and I was attracting these people that I didn't even like, didn't even resonate. And then I'm trying to go against the grain to keep them happy. Now, one thing that was that was increasing your anxiety, anxiety, anxiety. I couldn't help anyone. I was fucking, yeah, I suck. But one thing that really changed me was I've gone through all of this, and then I had all this thing in my head about what what I need to be doing and whatever.

::

Unknown

And the one thing I was on on a Reiki table, and I'm doing a case in kinesiology Reiki session with this lady, and she goes, your client's healing is not your responsibility. Boom. Broke into tears, and I just feel like it gave me permission and access to go. Do you know what? It isn't? And it's no one's.

::

Unknown

It's not. Your job is to keep me happy. My job is not to make sure your cup's full. Our job as parents isn't to. You know, it's our job is only to guide, fucking and catch them when they fall. Catch them in their full support. Try to keep that support. Don't try to get from them. You can only support people.

::

Unknown

You can only guide people you can't help and heal people. Yes, and this is where I'm going to go into. The next thing I'm going to say. We are not healers and neither are you any spiritual way. Well, we are not. You are not a healer. You are your own healer and we are not God. Wait, I did a post the other day and wow, it triggered people.

::

Unknown

Did it trigger? And guess what? It triggered someone. If you if you showed up, it triggered somebody who said, I call myself a healer and this person 1,000% shouldn't because she's not only mentally unstable, she is on prescription medication every day. She, she doesn't fit in. She she she she doesn't do the work. And I couldn't believe that she was so triggered by this process that said, you, still call yourself a healer.

::

Unknown

We are our own healers, and I feel it's so incredibly egotistical for you to turn around and say to other people that I'm a healer, that you rely on me, you. I'm healing. I don't want you to rely on me. I want to guide you. I want to give you the tools. I want you to give you the set of things that you need so you can go and live your life.

::

Unknown

And you don't need to rely on anyone but yourself because you are more than enough. You've got absolutely everything inside of you. Imagine relying on all these coping mechanisms and trauma responses and alcohol and drugs and sex and other people seeking validation your whole entire life. And then you go to someone and they're like, I'm going to hear you.

::

Unknown

I'm your resource. I'm your, your, your, your, your answer. And then you just fall into it. That keeps you. And another thing, my job is to show you that you are your own healer. You are your own power, your own guidance. You seek your own validation. Love internal. You don't need anyone else. You don't need me. I'm just going to shine the light and let you see what you need to see.

::

Unknown

Be aware of what you need to be aware of. Take accountability of where you need to take. But you take that responsibility and then take fucking action. So when no one's around, when you don't have all these things that you need, that you've got you and that you can get yourself back on track and you can put in the work and become the person that you need to be.

::

Unknown

So your own inner work, through your own inner guidance and your own knowledge. And once you do that, then you shine the light for fucking others. Right? And this is why I can't stress enough that we're not healers. We're not better than anyone else. We're not further along on our fucking journey. We are just normal people who have done it, who have been through it, who have the knowledge, knowledge, the guidance and the tools.

::

Unknown

But it's up to the people whether they want to come and receive that either because as, as she said to me, my, my, the healing of my clients is not my responsibility. I could be the best fucking coach in the world, or I could have every single training spent thousands dollars on coaches and everything, and be healed on the top of a mountain.

::

Unknown

And it cost fucking $1,000 million to come and see me for one hour. But if I have someone in front of me that doesn't take accountability, who's not listening, who doesn't put in the work, who doesn't take action, I can not fix them or I can not heal them because and that's why I put it in there. Put the ball in your court.

::

Unknown

I'm like, he's everything. It's like. It's like saying, you've got a kid in your class and you do the work for them every time. If I do the work for you every time in the board, what learnings do you have? What strengths do you have? What qualities have you all just relying on me to fucking do everything for you?

I am going to teach you the math. So when you come to a math problem in the world, you have the fucking tools, the knowledge and you know, and then you can teach other people math, right? That's exactly simplifying it. But anyway, after all this shit happened, my my key thing here was to this person in my group is that you don't need to go three years.

::

Unknown

You need to just start putting in the work. The reps just it happens by reps and, intensity and repetitions. Think of a muscle in the gym, right? You go to the gym reps. Let's get the reps. I think everybody knows I just get the reps. Just do the work guys. You know, at the end of the day, like our events, we're going to go into like all of the learnings and stuff.

::

Unknown

But nothing. What has you faced in life okay. And just do the ropes, get the lessons learned the lessons quickly, move to the next thing. You know, we work on so much regarding the mindset because we don't want you to stay stuck into the diet. Also, again and again, the best program you can is the best product, the best service.

::

Unknown

But if you don't deal with the one thing that can crumble your mindset, you will be screwed. Because when they're all went down, when we were slandered all over social media and we had even friends of ours turn on us, which was wild. And the crazy thing is now is that these people were trying to come back to us on my, you ain't there for us when we were going through our stuff.

::

Unknown

No way. So, you know, there's a lot of lessons in there. And let's go into some of the stuff in our events. So we had. Can I say one thing?

::

Unknown

Remember that sometimes the reps is just a step forward, depending on what season in your life is. Sometimes in seasons of your life, you're fucking crushing it. And other seasons of your life. You're just fucking trying to get one foot in front of the other. And that's okay. And that's like me, right? I was up here in a season of fucking killing it in front of 170 people feeling proud for doing this and that.

::

Unknown

And then I was down in the dumps and I was trying to get my feet back together. So some time, and it was one year of down and there was one year of healing, self-discovery, wondering like, what? Why? I didn't go through all of that. I would not be here on 100, would not be here. And I wished for that.

::

Unknown

I manifested something bad to happen because like and post that one day he goes in and it's weird because there's a connection there too. Strange. I just thought about that. But Logan Paul said one day he goes, I was so bored, and I and I and I, I wasn't doing bad, but I wasn't like fucking excelling in life.

::

Unknown

So I'm like, fuck, I need something to push me. And he didn't know what he was saying. And the the lifting in the forest happened. I don't know if you know about that, but it's the worst thing having on these career. All the celebrities turned on him. All these people dumped him. He had movie thing, roles that were coming out with cancer.

::

Unknown

And, he was it was everyone turned on him, even his own fans. And then now he's like, you'll see him now he's a dad. He's got all these businesses like he's got the most famous podcast, like he's killing it. But you know, if he looks back, he he kind of was subsiding, right? He was coming to a plateau and he needed that fucking debt to skyrocket.

::

Unknown

But that's where you going to make choices. You know, you can sit in a dip and look for the shit, or you can go, what do I need to do now? What I do, I need to take. And that's and it's also not a fast process. You know, that was 12 months. I was 12 months of, you know, going he was going through it.

::

Unknown

3 or 4 years later, people were coming up. You know, you're the guy that did the I'm not going to talk about what happened, but he he had some shit and people were still calling him out, saying on his social media the other day, someone's like, oh, hey, how's the forest going? Some like Jackie 32. Yeah. On his on his post of him and his kid doing something amazing with his life.

::

Unknown

And I'm like, people just like to fucking hire people just love to hate. And that's crazy. That's when we literally signed in ten years. But I'm going to tell you this. So when you take accountability of your life and all of your story, no one can affect you. I'm so transparent about the things that I've been through, the things that I've gone through, the things that I we still have challenges in our relationship and things of that.

::

Unknown

We're very open about that, because once you take accountability for your life and you are, you start never going to make your story horrible like you own it. It's only, you know, it's it's just part of your journey. And it's not your not your job. So we're going to go back to this again because it's like five times a try.

::

Unknown

And I was going to go straight and say, let me say it. So I'm not saying it's going into exactly what we're talking about. Our last tour, we had a lot of mistakes. We've had loads of things happen over the last six tours, but this tour, we had a lot of shit going wrong. So we hit. Sydney was our first one, and I truly believe the reason why we had so many things go wrong is because the universe is saying, no move.

::

Unknown

I'm talking. I truly believe that when I take my hand off the pulse, things go wrong. And I truly have found that in my business. Now I know I'm going to tell you this right now, that when you have a business that nobody's going to love your business like you love your business. And I've tried several, several ways now to, have different people in the business.

::

Unknown

And this last event was for the Mars Mustangs. It had an event, and it was simply because I chose to take my hands off of it because I knew I had had a team. And, there was more mistakes in the event. So I'm really going to put it out there that, yes, you can get great times. Yes, that you can have great people in your business.

::

Unknown

's what I'm taking on. So for:

::

Unknown

There's a bit of a conflict there because you were battling against wanting to work on your business, not in it. And then when you stepped away to work on it and turn your back and someone else work in it, too many things went wrong. And then you're like, fuck this. I've, And I think right now a lot of business owners are fucking resonating with.

::

Unknown

Yeah. And it's just, you know, at the end of the day, like I say, you know, you're going to take accountability. You are the owner of this business. Nobody else is going to put into it like you do. So that was one of the biggest learnings for us. So so I start off with Sydney, we need to get our books.

::

Unknown

We had incredible books. I had worked all week and probably 300 plus hours on this booklet so that we had the most incredible experience because I wanted everybody. I wanted every single person to walk away from that event with, like the Bible of life. It had so much, and they had it had how do you know, get through your element in place had a stew, which was, how to actually do manifestation.

::

Unknown

What does that mean? What does it look like? How to do scripts, how to be mantras. It had absolutely everything in the 70 pages, close to 70 pages of my information from my mind in this booklet. This is this is my life's work. Everything I've been working on since I was 19 years old, this was me putting all my work into this booklet, so it was really personal for me.

::

Unknown

I had done so much work on this, and it was it was super personal. Was my time away from my kids as well. It was my stress. It was my crying. It was my sleepless nights. It was absolutely everything. And so when Sydney happened, I can honestly say it was actually I got on stage two. I was also I say, wait, wait, because if you, if you, if you're listening to us a lot or you hang around us, you know that curse these old strategies and I'm just a movie maker and, the guy the social media, the he's the pretty face.

::

Unknown

The pretty face entertainment, you know, the structure, the strategy, the business, all that sort of thing. But we used this book, we have like a, you know, a rough guide, and we changed it throughout the day. We have day one, day two. We have an itinerary, itinerary, exercises, things, and, whatever else is called an itinerary.

::

Unknown

Yeah, but but for me, for you there, there was a lot of, like, we make people bring, notebooks and pens, but for you, you're going to do so many of the exercises. So there was different pages with exercises and stuff for them to do. Fill out pages. So our events are scheduled around this booklet, and then the booklets didn't come, the booklets didn't come.

::

Unknown

And so we have London into Sydney. We're chasing them up, wondering what's going on. It was Friday, 4 p.m.. We got to kind them. They said, look, they're not going to arrive till Monday. I'm like, that's not good enough. Like, we can't this can't happen. And I said, sorry, we can't do anything about this. We were panicked.

::

Unknown

Yeah. So we're like panicked. But you know what? So many things is our six to us. So many things have gone wrong. And there's in so many lessons. And this is why you've always got to be on your toes. So that night I had to completely revamp, events. I had to go from what we've done, the other events, put all these pieces together.

::

Unknown

We had our staying up at night. It was Friday night. We've got our event at six in the morning. Sorry, we had to be up at 6:00 in the morning place. Also, remember that we had come from Perth, so there's a time difference as well. I'm not working. And I was super sick. I was so sick.

::

Unknown

This is another thing. I was so unwell. I'd come from back from Bali. I'd basically fallen into a heap, I think was probably a little bit too burnt out. And Sydney was this. Yeah. We're in Sydney. I'm up late restructuring our entire event space. We get to the event and I'm so unwell I can hardly keep my body weight up.

::

Unknown

And I literally went out back. I took a deep breath in and I prayed to God. And that's the honest truth. I prayed to God, please help me get through the next two days. Just give me the strength to get through the next two days and I'm going to tell you right now, I walked out on stage and everything was fine.

::

Unknown

I was in full strength, full power, full confidence. I stay that energy, I was that's why I said this to a we'd had a big break. We'd been living in Bali. We had, we'd had we'd done so much work. And I always went out to pyramids, actually, and Bali and fucking endless hours of work on ourselves and I said to you, I told you I'm going to walk on stage a totally different man.

::

Unknown

Like, if you're watching this podcast, you're probably saying, I'm a lot different to the last few. I told you was going to be different. And we walked out and you're right, like praying to God. I think that is somewhat manifesting to you, right? Because you're believing that something some the way some energy is going to give me is going to give you.

::

Unknown

I needed to pull in power from something else because I didn't have it. And we were down there. Venus, we had an incredible two days. We completely winged it. People come across like, you know, they were just, like, amazed at how powerful it was. And I would get into the Uber each night. So it's like we had for two nights and I would fall apart.

::

Unknown

I would obviously fall apart. Oh, so sick again. And it was crazy. And then the next I bang, I was full in power again. So Sydney was the first one of us not having books, let's just say in Gold Coast a few days ago we didn't event and you had the food poisoning. And this is the kind of person Kirsty is, how she pulls herself together.

::

Unknown

She was at the back of the stage, lying down in the corner, and then I'd be on stage two. My thing at food poisoning. Yeah. And then she had to. Or gastro, I think I was third poisoning. Yeah. That's right. And she would you would run out on stage and be like hi everyone. And then you'd do your part and you'd run behind crimp flopping a bull.

::

Unknown

And I'm like, that's the level of like, it's not that you. It's not that you, you know, wanted to get the event done or anything. So but I came at the back and he said, after I've gone, he said, can I ask you a question? Why did you do that? And I said, because the pay will paid for both of us.

::

Unknown

And so we must show up no matter what happens. People are paid for this. And this is the thing when you're in this type of business, when you're in public space, when you're in events where you know you don't, you can't get sick like you can't get sick like it can't happen. You know, if you get a floor sign, you're showing up on stage.

::

Unknown

And what you said to me was, I didn't want to let anyone down. Yeah, I don't care as well. You know, the people I don't want to let everybody down. And it's always been sort of, you know, what I've been about. But, you know, people pay for this and they want to service. And and I spit. Then I expect them to get the service.

::

Unknown

And, you know, I don't want to let anybody down. And so that was, that was that so we had our, we had our photographer cancel on us. Yeah. So, so we've had we had a photographer cancel at us like last minute. We had books on arrive, we had music not working. We came out in Melbourne and our music was meant to be working.

::

Unknown

And we went to this like boy said, he likes to be like pink, like come down from the rooftops. We were doing a running thing. There was no music, no one was staying on their feet. So there was another. It was need to be pay staying on their feet, you know. So we had a whole lot of things not go right.

::

Unknown

And I truly believe, like I said, you know, I felt like I gave the I gave the power away too much. We had not enough food at some of the events. There was things like that as well. And someone stole our all our food. Someone stole our I think we had like a community home. We put all that food for both days in the kitchen, use the first half, second day we come in all gone.

::

Unknown

So one of our team members had the run down to like a shop and try and get as much food as she could. And this is just things that happen in life. This is what I want to say. I was in a in a, way success coaching session the other day and someone said, you know, I did my first hypnotherapy session.

::

Unknown

I had my therapist and they're like, I just feel like I fucked it up. And I'm like, man, if I look back at the first 1 to 1 session, the first event I've ever run, I would cringe at how bad it was. I said, you, all you need to do is learn from the mistakes you made and not keep making them.

::

Unknown

People who touched the stove too many times aren't good learners. You got to touch the stove. You are. That's hot. I'm not touching the stove again. So for us, every event we do, we get out of the event and go, oh my God. But sometimes we're like, oh, we winged it without the books. Fuck yeah. How proud of ourselves.

::

Unknown

But Sydney just runs so smoothly. We kind of believe it because there were there was so many changes, but we made it run. But we just. And, you know, another thing is, and you know, anyone that's listening to this, an event space or runs events or, you know, any of the healing, modalities, we're constantly adapting to the crowd.

::

Unknown

And so, you know, there'll be some exercises we won't do because they're not filling us. We need a bit more of this. We'll gauge the energy of the crowd, what people need, you know? Well, we'll change things around on our itinerary, but, like I call and we need to get some more movement in the crowd, so we'll get people up if we feel the crowd is going to do that.

::

Unknown

And, yeah, feel the energy of the day like, yeah, like you said, sometimes we might be at a certain point of time like, oh, hey, we're losing people. Let's pray, let's move, let's do something. You know, but this discipline has been so much different. And, you know, now we have banners up and media walls and we have all different things we've had.

::

Unknown

Yeah, we had balloons. Then we had, booklets. Now we have A4, like professional books, like everything always levels off as long as you're better, then that's all good. And then you don't concentrate on the mistakes. You can just learn from them. You just learn. Yeah. I think that's what we're really good at. We're really good at pivoting as well.

::

Unknown

So like, that's what I'm going to there's been the level to our success, been able to pivot and shift. I could I could sit here and talk for a whole entire hour about how many mistakes have gone wrong and the events, let me tell you, everything's going on. Music's cut out, the fire alarms going off. We've had booklets not arrive.

::

Unknown

We've had fucking everything going wrong. You know, and the thing is, not working. Cutting out everything we've had. We've had one first concert in Sydney where we couldn't get the music. We had to lay people outside for half an hour trying to get the music to work, because that's, I mean, so microphones wouldn't work. But yeah, we've been locked out of venues before, like all sorts of shit.

::

Unknown

And that's all part of this. When you want to do big shit, you got to expect that there's only good things and there's a polarity of shit going on. It's like the good with the bad. But every event we do, we jump in that over. At the end of the day, I crack a beer. My favorite time ever.

::

Unknown

You crack a beer and then we chat about all the fucking shit we loved and all the shit we can improve and sit down and integrate that over good dinner. Now the new thing is to marquee and we sit down and we go like, do you know what? Like a fucking we'll never do that again. Or like, I'm going to do this again.

::

Unknown

And that brings us to like the end of this podcast. But I'm not going to go too deep into what we're doing next year, but we are moving away for Breakthrough Breathwork. I know a lot of people are upset about that, but we want other leaders to step up and take over that way. One of my better leaders, better coaches, better facilitators, stronger, more confident business.

::

Unknown

We've filled rooms with people we've gone. So social media, we have a video right now that's at a 330 million views. It's growing by like 5 million a day. We have nearly 900,000 followers on TikTok, 200,000 on Instagram. I want to teach other people how to do that. Yes, I want to teach other people how to feel right.

::

Unknown

I want you guys to be the best leaders. Confidence. I want to create leaders. That's that's my next thing. So people like, oh, why would you stop doing this? Like, I've done this. I came in hard and fast. I did it hard and fast. I don't do everything like that, but I just I, I really want to now step away from that side and really help guide the people that we're going in to the level of the trends.

::

Unknown

Transforming yourself, you know, stepping into success and power. And you know, what is that what is giving me that confidence as well is and we breathe success. And the reason we name that we bring success was because we wanted people to be successful. It wasn't the no unhappy program. It wasn't the I don't want to be depressed anymore on mentorship, okay?

::

Unknown

It was we want them to be successful because that's where we found if you're happy, you feel confident, feel successful. It's such a strong word and it doesn't matter what that means. Like we've got people now in our groups that have like, product based companies and we've done that as well, been really successful. Think we gave away like 30 grand of the believe label stock and put that on hold because we wanted to do this because this was filling our cup.

::

Unknown

Now, now for us next year we're we're moving back to breathwork and we are going to do seated events and we're going to start, oh, I don't want to get too much into who we're working with and what we're doing, but we are going to create leaders. We want more people to shine the light of others, and it doesn't mean that we're going to have a room full of people.

::

Unknown

We want it to be breathwork. It's going to be much more of us. And it might be someone who's never started a business before, but then we're going to have tiers of people who are so deep in business but don't know the next level or the next thing. And the reason that we're doing this is because the more that we work with people, we have this 12 month mentorship, and the more we worked with people, the more they wanted to help other people and be a leader themselves.

::

Unknown

Like most people who I see a lot of transformation through breathwork come to me and I want to do breathwork on us. And that's what happened to me. Yeah, well, I've worked for so much ADHD and so much anxiety, so much depression. And I simplified literally the tools, the knowledge, the guidance that people need. And I was like, I want to do this now.

::

Unknown

I want to help other people now, see people like me. And I'm I could fix you in two seconds. Yeah, I know exactly what's going on. And I talk to them. That was also seen and heard. I'm like, yeah, because I've fucking been there, bro. So I want to help you. And then, so my thing is all these people that have come to us broken, fucked up, wanting help, wanting guidance, wanting the knowledge, wanting to be happy or successful, whatever you want to call it.

::

Unknown

They in our own business, they're not running a business that lights them up, that helps them and makes them happy. And like I said to someone in my group the other day in my session was that they're like, oh, you know, I want to do this. And I'm like, well, make sure you're running a business that when you get the fuck up in the morning that you spring out of bed and you can't wait to open your laptop and fucking work, because even people are in their businesses that aren't businesses where they're slaving away.

::

Unknown

And it's a chore and it's like, well, you quit working for the man. For what reason? You want to be financially free. You want to create business. You want to create freedom. Okay? So make sure you're doing that. That lights you up and helps other people. So that's what I'm going to do now. We're going to be going with we're going to be in the Indian space.

::

Unknown

We're gonna be in a different space. But before we wrap this up, we're just going to leave with one little thing. So in 12 days, we're going to be going to Dubai. Dubai, baby. Yeah. Let's go. I want you to really understand that six months ago, man. Every Sunday we sit down, we have a wine, and have some food, and we have a conversation about what's working in our business and our relationship and our family in another life.

::

Unknown

It's something that we make mandatory in our relationship, because it's super important to be able to always connect and have a conversation about what's working and what's not working. And so, six months ago, I was in there, we're going through a bit of transition again. We're feeling a little bit blah. And then we're like, I think what would make us not feel so blah?

::

Unknown

All right. So then we started like having conversation around that and they were like, what about if we went to Dubai? And so we're going to we'll post this as well. Six months ago, we wrote down on a piece of paper that I posted on Instagram. So then we would be reminded by this moment right now, we wrote down Dubai and we I think the the the comment, the caption was on like what's next?

::

Unknown

And we posted them and I want to just really make it. So you guys understand is that manifestation is anything when you get clear, precise intention about what you're actually wanting and then when you understand what you actually want, then you want to actually manifest what you want and bring it into your life. And so over the last few weeks, I have been having conversations with people and through Instagram, beautiful Instagram, more and more things were coming up.

::

Unknown

And so I made, connection with the Gladiator Summit, and said, like, you know, this is who we are. We would love to be a part of this event. And now I'm on the 16th and 17th of November. We will be at the Gladiator Summit with some of the most incredible line up of leaders, visionaries, people that are leading the space on 27 incredible speakers.

::

Unknown

And there's going to be:

::

Unknown

But I want you guys to know this, that you can go from wherever you are now to wherever you want to be. You can make that choice, you know, at the end of the day, like you hold that power. We're no different to you. We had mortgages, we have kids, we have family. We have bills, we have all of it.

::

Unknown

And yet last year, we made a decision that we were going to move to Bali, and we packed up everything, and we gave $30,000 worth of stock away to charity people, found them on TikTok on sale, saying that, you know, we went broke in bath and all this kind of stuff and it's just hilarious why people want to jump on.

::

Unknown

And Mercedes got repo. Yeah, all the stuff. But that simply wasn't true. We just chose to give that away and which was wild for us to do that. And I just wanted to give that away to charity. So we did that. But then we made the decision to move to Bali, and then we moved to Bali, and now we have grown this beautiful lifestyle here.

::

Unknown

Now we're going to Dubai and we're going to be between Bali and Dubai, Australia and USA. And that is the choice that we chose to make. And you too can do that as well. Please don't think for one second that me and Bora any different to you, or that we have more, skills or whatever. We don't.

::

Unknown

We were exactly the same as you guys. We just chose to take risk. And that's what it comes down to. I did a post today on chafing. Chafing was a part of my success, and the reason why I say that is because I was on the treadmill. I was running a kilometer I think was like 3 or 400m.

::

Unknown

Then I started getting chafing. My thighs are rubbing together. It was hurting. I think it was in a little bit of blood. And the reason and the crazy thing here is that I made a decision. I was going to do one kilometer run and no matter what, I wasn't going to stop there. I was in pain. I wanted to stop.

::

Unknown

It was uncomfortable. I didn't feel nice that the pain was so strong. I wanted to stop, but I didn't. I got off that treadmill wobbling and I was like, what's wrong? I said, you like doing it on the treadmill? And, And I was like, I've actually got chafing as a. But I realized in that moment I got off that treadmill.

::

Unknown

The reason why I'm so successful and so as far is because no matter what, even when the shit hurts, as challenging, as uncomfortable, we want to stop everything as telling my mind as saying stop. It hurts, I didn't, and that's the difference between us and other people. We take risk and we don't stop when the shit happens. So please take that on because we are absolutely no different to you guys and you guys can live your dreams as well.

::

Unknown

And we're now going to the next stage and the next version of ourselves in Dubai. And you too can have that as well. And you won't get there if you don't accept that your stage will change to you. Go through different seasons and between the last six months we've had all these ideas and I've, we've literally going to start one and said, now we want to do something bigger now.

::

Unknown

And the thing is, when you're in your own business, you can change it and run it. The only the any way you want to. You don't have to do it in a certain way. So follow your heart. And like we always say, your heart will change. And when your heart changes, allow your brain and your body to move in the same direction your heart wants to go into you.

::

Unknown

Because otherwise you just start fighting again and you build that anxiety of depression and unhappiness. Just go with the flow, all right? When the river changes or the wind changes, go with it. Follow that. That's your heart. And then sometimes just jump out of the fucking river. Just get you just get it. Fuck yeah. All right, all right, guys, I want to thank you for listening to another episode of Spill the Tea with Bo and Kirstie.
